Brief Introduction
Conductive polymer electrolyte chip aluminum electrolytic capacitor uses aluminum foil as the capacitor matrix and conductive polymer polymerization layer as the cathode electrolyte. It is made by stacking and welding multiple layers of aluminum foil and encapsulated with epoxy resin. Due to the excellent conductive property of conductive polymer and its good adhesion with medium layer, it has ultra-low ESR and excellent temperature performance due to its multi-layer parallel structure.
Application
Communications, 5G IOT, consumer electronics, automobile,Security Monitoring,Instruments and Meters, medical equipments and etc.
Test Condition
Ambient temperature:25℃±5℃, relative humidity :≤80% RH .The capacitance, loss and ESR of the capacitor are measured in series under 2.0V bias voltage, in which the ESR test frequency is 100kHz, the capacitance and loss test frequency is 120Hz, and the leakage current is measured when the capacitor is charged with rated voltage for 5min.
Conduct
Test and experiment, in order to make the test results not problems, it is necessary to will test the product after fully discharge.This product is a polar components, testing or when using it is strictly prohibited to will is negative pick back, in order to avoid performance failure.
